Spinning our cool poolside beats on a daily basis are our famous resident DJ’s:

FADI – As long time resident in Bali, Fadi is now a familiar face within the islands music scene. He and has worked with some the biggest names in the business. He has built his reputation from humble beginnings as a resident DJ of Double Six night club, to eventually becoming this iconic clubs Manager. He achieved this using his vast knowledge of dance music, his intuitive understanding of what an audience wants, and how to extract the best performance from his DJ’s.  He now brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to Cocoon Beach-club as our Music Director and Entertainment Manager.

Art – Originally a bar tender at Kudoos Club in Bali. Art gained his inspiration to become a DJ from listening to the DJ’s playing there. After couple of months honing his skills and absorbing the influence’s surrounding him on a nightly basis, he took over the decks in Kudoos. So began a career. He  has already had resident positions at The Glow, Ozigo, Tubes, Myroom and eventually one of the islands most sought after gigs Resident at Double Six nightclub. Now Joining Cocoon Beach-club Bali,   Art not only brings the skill learnt over 8 years behind the decks but also a maturity garnered from sets played with many big names  such as, Tiesto, Feede le grand, Andy Moor, Mark Knight, Filo & Peri, Aly & Fila, Jimmy Van M, Matt Hardwick, Jerry Ropero, Clubworxx, Kutaro Adachi, Abel Ramos, Tocadisco, John Digweed, Nick Warren to name a few.

Chandra - aka Chandra Bacio began his DJ career in Bali back in 1998. He has since established himself as one of Bali’s all time great DJs. Over the years and across a variety of local venues, Chandra, has developed his own character. His sets are a mix of thick set Tech House tracks, and display his influences, greats such as, Stefano Noferini (Italy), Abel Ramos (Spain), Ramon Tapia (Spain), Jay Lumen and so on.

Helmy – Began his DJ career in Bali around 2005, he quickly became  known as the Main Resident Dj in  Double Six nightclub,  this gave him the opportunity to play alongside many greats, like Tiesto, Pete Tong, Above & Beyond, Mark knight, D Ramirez and many more of the headline acts that featured there.

ANDRE BATZ – had his first residency in Padi Padi restaurant and lounge, from here he went on to spin at a variety of clubs and hotels around Bali. Such as, Sin City Club on Dyana Pura, Paparazzi Club, Double Six  Nightclub, Ocean 27, The Wave, Legian Beach Hotel, Ayana resort, Grand Hyatt hotel, and the St. Regis hotel. Andre Batz became the resident DJ of Bacio Club a phenomenon in Bali, between August 2006 and Sep 2011. He is now a resident at Cocoon Beach Club Bali. Highlights of  his career include the opportunity to perform on the same stage as some of the DJing world’s biggest names, Hanna Haiz (France), Phats & Small (UK), and Camilo Franco (Ibiza, Spain). Andre combines traditional techniques with modern technology, audio 4 soundcard and Traktor Scratch Pro, guaranteeing superior sound quality. His sets include tracks from the 80’s, House, and Progressive House. His unique sound has resulted in numerous award nominations, such as The Beat Awards 2008, 2009, 2010(Best male DJ), Paranoia Awards 2010(Regional DJ of the year).

INDRA K – Born and raised on the island of the gods (Bali), Indra K began his carrier in 2005 as the resident DJ at Contiki Resort (Blue Ocean Club) at Seminyak Bali. As a passionate lover of music he soon became one of the hardest working DJs around. He has been a resident and guest DJ at numerous private parties and clubs across both Bali & Java, playing soulful, electro, house, progressive & tech house at every opportunity. He was also been involved in many big events. Performing the opening sets for  Pacha Dreamland with DJ Rachael Star (USA), Summerfling with DJ Gareth Emery, Tune Brother,  PhutureTraxx. Today Indra describes house music as the inspiration for his life journey, and he believes the next step in this journey is to blend genres from Chill House to Funky Disco Groove. Indra K’s work ethic and passion have set  a standard by which all other promoters, producers and DJs should be measured.  Indra K is set to move you in more ways than you can imagine.
